I wouldn’t do stone...too heavy. Maybe paint. Depending on what’s behind the walls, maybe just remove them. Or cover them (both or one, tear other down) in horizontal cedar boards.

Thank you, these are very pretty. I kind of like the fact that they give me privacy, and more security. That is more important to me these days as crimes in suburban neighborhoods are rising..I may just paint and plant more in front of them..

No to stone veneer. The simplest thing would be to paint the brick the color of the siding.

I don't know your location, but it looks like a climate where Burford Holly and Yaupon Holly would grow well. Both of them look good, but have very sharp leaves that make them very hard to push through. Plant a double row of them in front of those walls and it will take a real motivated burglar to try to reach the wall.
