How do I complete this DIY project? Began a redo of this office/den but ran out of ideas. Now I haven't a clue how to finish it. Too many ideas swirling through my head that doesn't seem to land in a cohesive design.
Dilemma:
1. Looking to create a modern, sophisticated, yet comfy home office space at the end where construction items are. Now it's starting to look like farmhouse style. How to turn up the sophisticated, modern design up a notch.
2. Maybe some seating to relax on the other end in front of fireplace? The room is very narrow and the wall with the doors is off centered to the fireplace. Plus need to keep the doorways clear for traffic.
3. What colors to use for furniture, cabinet pulls, barn doors,window treatments, etc.
Lighting is 4000k recessed light. Paint is Behr's Dark Navy and French silver. The fireplace tile is a tanish orange color and creamy white color. About the color of the unfinished birch plywood. How to bring that color into the space?
Dilemma, dilemma.....Any ideas on how to finish this project? How do I make this a cohesive space?
