Kitchen Countertop help

Hello, we are finishing up our showplace kitchen design with shaker cabinets — urbane bronze island with white wall cabinets. White oat wood plank tile flooring, and matte black hardware. I looked at countertops today and I really like some veining, but I am worried that if it’s too dark/black it will take away from the accent island and or clash with the dark urbane bronze. I also found that most of the quartz had a gray background and I was not sold on the gray with the UB. What quartz would you suggest for this color combination ? Below is the LG lumina which has some gold in it.

Are you doing a different color countertop with the island? I painted all my cabinets Urbane Bronze (including island). I think that quartz would look lovely against the island; possibly consider a darker color for the rest of the kitchen that compliments the veining.

I’m trying to get a photo attached but the icon is not working. I used mustang quartzite.

Liz, would you post a picture of your quartile counter? I am about to make a decision and and feeling hopeful in making the right one as I lean towards going with this slab. We are also getting SW Urbane Bronze island and our permittee cabinets will be SW Agreeable Gray. Thoughts?? Pics? Thanks so so much! Anyone else please chime in! I’m planning to have the quartzite leathered but still reading about durability etc. thx!!

I should have added that all my walls are agreeable grey (you can see in 1st photo).
