Which brand should we go with for waterproof vinyl in our basement?

I’ve heard Pergo was great and some contractors said Lifeproof, I also heard Procore was supposed to be good.

Trying to stay under $3 sqft.

We have to cover about 1500 sq ft.

Whatever you want. So long as you know the vinyl will not survive a flood.

And the concrete prep in a basement runs between $2-$4/sf. Vinyl REALLY needs flat. And right after that it needs flat...and then it needs flat.

Did I mention how flat it has to be?

Does you budget include the price for prep?

@SJ McCarthy the basement floor already has concrete laid and we just need to choose the type of tile we need.

You mean it has been ground down and SLC used to flatten the floor to within 3mm over 3m?

Then grab some poly sheeting (6mil), some moisture resistant tape and whatever floor you want. Vinyl less than $3/st is low grade. I would pick a colour you like and hope for the best.
