i dont do palms.. and i dont live in FL ... so im wondering why fert/soil amendment is an answer to the problem you note???

you seem to have already applied 3 remedies ... why do you think a 4th is required??? .. has the tree in winter.. even had enough time to deal with those??

generally speaking.. im not sure i should tell you ... lol .. when it is time to try remedy #4 ... you would apply a soil amendment in granular form.. to the lawn surrounding the tree .. like you might put down drop fertilizer ... and water it in ... but i would think it might take years.. to get down into the roots to be used by the tree ..

btw.. have you had a soil test done.. to determine if you even need such .. or is that just a FL presumption ...??? .. maybe its so well known to locals?????

"Frizzle top" is usually caused by manganese deficiency, not by magnesium deficiency. Manganese is a trace element so you don't need much (too much can be toxic). It's readily available in nurseries. Follow the directions on the packaging so that you get it right. It will take a while to turn around the health of those palms. Damaged fronds won't recover, they just get replaced.
