We can’t help without info about your style how you want to use the LR eg TV or not. How many seats . The more info the better . This is why it is always a good idea to have idea books.

@Patricia Colwell Consulting thanks sorry that I was not clear on this. There won’t be any TV here . No sectional here but planning to have couple of couches and any other seating . I am not sure of the blank wall !! :(

What are the photos of? Do you have a plan? What is the general style of the house?

@res2architect this is the main door and on the left is the living and dining room open concept. It’s a modern house and have porcelain tiles all through.

Start by finding other homes that you like the look of and want to emulate, and save the photos for reference. I dare say that "make it elegant" would not be enough of a directive for even a hired designer to work off of.
