That 8’ makes furnture placement a PITA How many to watch TV? Also how many for the sunset. I think a bunch of chairs that are easy to move would be my choice Sort of like the deck on a boat.

Hi - agree!!! It is just my husband and I but would like to accommodate a couple of guests if they drop by - dtr and bf or in-laws. I was thinking maybe two conversation areas with one of the two easy to move or maybe a couple ottomans under a sofa table against the wall under tv.

Teresa - we did… the door ended up being on the east wall - almost center. I had a small table w plants by the door and a outdoor loveseat next to it against the house wall. By the tv wall, I had two chairs facing each other with a small fire pit table between them. I took that picture from the chair. We also installed two ceiling fans. I don’t have many pictures on this iPad but it did look nice and we enjoy it.

And then decided to extend the lanai… it will be finished next week. We added another 10 feet so it will be 18x22.
