On rare occasion tile in grates can have vaporlock issues if multiple things are not done just right .id first have your ttrap and drain line snaked. While the plumber is onsite inquire about prop venting for said drain

It depends on the hair going into it. I have shoulder-blade length hair. When I was losing a golf ball sized wad of hair with every shampoo last spring and summer, I could clog my drain with a single shower. We pick up our drain cover and pull hair out of the drain every couple of showers now that my shedding has slowed down.
