IMO a tub along the right wall should be no issue and much better than a corner tub which are always a PITA to clean around. A nice deep soaker tub and a shower will fit quite easily on the right wall with even the linen storage.

This kind of layout would work for sure and in your space the linen storage could be glass shelves in between th e tub and the shower to keep this looking nice and open your vaity shoudld be able to handle all the other storage .So Iwould do only nice shampoo and lotion bottles and towels on the glass shelves .

I don't love that tub configuration. Screams '80s to me.

Fair about tub, the challenge is the 2 big windowsill it seem off center if we straighten. But I’ll reconsider rub placement.

You may be able to center the tub under the right side window just fine. If you want to center it under the lower window, as well, then it will probably fit well, not too close to the toilet. That would give you the ability to put some plants under the right side window and it would be much easier to clean there, with it being away from the wall. Measure and see.

You could possibly have a towel warming rack on the wall next to the lower window, too.

Centering a bathtub under a window would have zero importance to me. However, having a view *out* the window while bathing - even if that view isn't straight on - would be very important.

if you move the door over you have room for a huge linen closet next to vanity and then plenty of room for a larger shower, and freestanding tub. A ½ wall (with a glass corner) or all glass shower will give you light and open up the space.

I would love that plan but the door is at the end of the house! The red line is not exact but there isn’t room to move the door because in the bedroom the house ends.
We did consider going into the hallway closet which is behind where you drew the linen, so maybe we’ll consider going back to that.

No, door stays in the same place because that’s the bedroom. The linen would actually go behind the wall into the deep hallway linen closet. But it would mean we’d lose storage there.
