Help with kitchen design

We are taking down a wall and taking the kitchen into the dining room. The "living room" will be a game room of sorts with maybe a pool table etc... after a REALLLLY long time we have a layout we like a lot. However definitely interested in opinions. This is a HD plan but definitely added all the extras so we would definitely make some changes to bring down the cost. For example not spend $400+ each for the pantry cabinets to be 15in v 18.Other things I don't like:
1. Different cabinet widths on sink wall and 39 inch drawer. In general kind of an odd arrangement right now...although I get the walls aren't even on both sides.
2. Corner cabinets on the island. I don't think very useful but struggling with how to change but keep island around the same size... I know island is tight but want to keep. Needs to seat 4.
3..Plan to have pantry cabinets 18 deep for a more built in look
4. Due to limitations outside. Cannot move bay windows or doorwall.5. While I like the look of the integrated panel on sides of cabinets holy cow are they expensive so probably not an option unless there is a cheaper option.
Thanks!
I couldn't figure out how to add pics so in first comment.

Do you have scaled flor plan with all dimensions filled in? Nothing is attached.

Why don’t you put the stove w a venting hood over to right of sink on your long back wall. There’s room . Then place some of that display cabinetry you show , behind the island instead on your fridge wall . Your island could then be made bigger ( more drawers) or better W clearances.

The blank wall is really an archway to the living room...which we are turning into a game room of sorts so it is open.

Tell me more about built in microwaves. I have 2 teenage boys, 2 younger kids, and in normal times have their friends over a lot. A friend has a microwave drawer and I think my great destroyers would kill it...seems more fragile than it may be...?

The HD designer thought the range on the sink wall would make that wall feel unbalanced. I initially intended flipping the dishwasher to the other side and put in on the right as well.

I agree with someone other than HD...but it has been very difficult getting people to return calls...or would only look at layout for huge design fees. Everyone must be renovating right now! I needed a starting point at least.

I posted a few pics of it.

not a drawer. This is the GE Profile. basically the same type you would get over the stovetop. (but this is meant for countertop OR built in. It has to say, "built in or Cabinet compatible)

I searched at least 50 built in models (and wanted black) and this one was the best as far as fitting it into a cabinet. If you're working from scratch, you can have it put in anywhere. I had limited choices. it does need 24" depth, so putting it under my wall oven was perfect. a lot of people put it above the wall oven so that it's at eye level. up to you. I don't have an issue bending over to use it.

The vent hood I used is from Home Depot. cost was 800. its an insert. the carpenter built the hood around it. micro venting is sub-par. plus all the grease just accumulates in the unit over the years and it's gross. This vent insert is great because you can remove the grills and throw them in the DW. And, it blows like crazy. has 3 diff speeds and a light.

I think it was this one

Wow, that is a great example of someone trying to make as much money as possible selling you as many cabinets as possible! An island doesn’t work in your kitchen. What’s drawn there is a table worth thousands. I like the banquette idea above. Or just a bistro table, or comfy chairs to enjoy the coffee or wine from the beverage bar.
