mine died.. because i didnt water it for a year . .lol .. thats on me... but it never spotted.. or i would have noticed it buried int eh pile of plants and actually watered it ...[thats what happens when you put a small pot in the middle of a bunch of large pots ... go figure]

is this really so expensive a plant... that you might spend a lot of money fixing it ... if not .. then just be done with it.. and get another ..

on the other hand.. knowledge is power.. and figuring out the issue sure wont hurt anything ...

what happened when you ignored it while you were away??? ... what do you mean too much sun.. more facts gets better guesses ..

and btw ... i never had much luck with clay pots in the house ... they were hard to deal with ... but if you had it for 2 years... well you must have figured that part out ...

@ken_adrian Adrian MI cold Z5 thanks for your response! You're right, it is an easily replaceable plant. I'd love to figure out what's ailing it though, and if it's viral I would be concerned about the rest of my collection. It's a mystery! So it's isolated and under a watchful eye for now.

And with the clay pots, isn't that funny! I know some growers hate them and some love them. I grow my hoyas and a handful of others in clay, but you're not alone in that!
