The new leaves on mine have those reddish spots also. They eventually go away. No treatment necessary. Nothing to be concerned about. New leaves often have that type of coloration. I think of it as sunscreen to protect tender new growth.

Its caused by inconsistent watering. Most will fade with time. Put it on a more consistent watering schedule and your new leaves will grow in fine
