Good afternoon. I'm at a loss and would love some guidance. I would love recommendations of brands of kitchen cabinets for a rental property.

We just bought a studio condo as an investment property (e.g., graduate students, young professionals) and are planning to redo the kitchen. We want it to look nice (so our rental will be competitive) but don't want to spend a bundle! Importantly, I really want the cabinets to wear well!

We have looked at Cabinets to Go, Mantra Cabinets, CNC Cabinetry (our friend as a designer's discount at theses places). We also checked out Home Depot (American Woodmark, Thomasville). Given the size of our space, we ruled out Ikea.

At this point, I'm lost. Are any of these places what I might be looking for? Good quality? Lousy quality?

Any recommendations of brands (with showrooms)? We are looking for simple white Shaker style. Nothing fancy.

Thank you so much!!!
