So we are renovating our kitchen and I'm having difficulties deciding on the sink. I want a single basin stainless steel flat apron front sink -- going between Kohler, Kraus, and Blanco. I would prefer 16 gauge but found an 18 gauge Blanco which might work. It's important that whatever I choose has sound dampening, doesn't dent at the drop of a dime or rust, easy to keep clean, good quality (for resale), etc. Also liking the workstation option
