I'd start with a white cloth and dabbing with rubbing alcohol. Rinse it off with a clean damp cloth. Years ago we used Aquanet hairspray for ink stains. I suspect it was the alcohol content.

You also might try Blue Coral Upholstery Cleaner. You'll find it in the auto section of Target or Walmart. I think Amazon also sells it. It's for car upholstery, but it can be used indoors. It works really well. Just don't use the attached scrub brush on your furniture.

It's hard to tell if that's the back or the seat of the furniture. If it's the seat, I'd recommend removing the cover before cleaning. It will be easier.

I have used hair spray to remove ball point ink on laundry. It melts it on contact, so be sure you have lots of terrycloth towels to blot it up immediately as it will spread. And then you'll have to use water or something to remove the hair spray.
