Beautiful contract between soft grasses and specimen plant

I would love for you to tell me the name of the softer looking grass and then the three plants. They look like aloe plants.... Thank you so very much. I have an acre and a half where deer roam..... this may solve the problem as they typically leave grasses alone!!!!

The grass is Mexican Feather grass... The "Aloe" looking plants are Agave Americana... they originate from Mexico, but are populated all over now... depending on the species (there are many) they can be cold hardy to a point... don't need much water after established, and are always an instant conversation piece.... the designer here did a great job with contrasting the feather grasses with the blue agaves...
