If you didn't find out yet, according to the info on the website in floral's link it is a shrub and can reach 1.8 m in height (6 feet). Not a tree.

I thinks it is Magnolia

Already correctly ID'd. Magnolias may have that fuzzy brown leaf coating on the reverse or backside of the foliage, never on top. And magnolia leaves are held alternately, not in opposite pairs.
