What are these spots on my philodendron?

Haven't been able to find any answers for spots like this, the posts I've seen have had more yellow spots while these are tiny and dark brown. It doesn't seem to be spreading, but it is on 2 leaves and I'm not sure if I should clip them off or if they're okay. They've been like this for a few months. Thanks.
