The first thing we need is a much better idea of your style. I see a very Tuscan type area for the range with a pot filler that is way too high and IMO something to consider removing. I need to know a lot more about you , how you cook and how many seats at the island. A good idea is to understand walkway widths first. So at least 48” in front of the range and the fridge next to an island and if you have seating along the island there needs to be 5’ from a wall to the island.In your case there really is not enough space for a proper sized island . Your drawing is a bit confusing as to what there is a sink out in the middle of nowhere and what are the other 2 gray squares you show. Maybe some pics of the space from further back would help and whaere you show the sink what was there before.

Thanks so much for feedback. I am not doing Tuscan I would say transitional, new tile, I want to remove arch over cooktop so cabinets can go to ceiling, do the built in microwave above downdraft cooktop
