I have this small walk thru area that is just off the entry from our front door to kitchen. On the right is our laundry/powder room, walk in pantry is on opposite wall. There were cabinets here that were dark and closed in the space. We are remodeling the laundry and pantry area so had the old cabinets removed. Now I need to make this functional. We need a landing spot for mail, keys, etc, and a place to hang bags, coats, maybe a mirror. It's only 10" deep, 6.5' wide.
I am thinking one of those Ikea shoe cabinets, not to use for shoe storage but for other things. They are the only thing I have found that is shallow enough.
Would love you creative types to design this area! I really appreciate your help!
