HI All,

Wondering about moving this Carolina Jessamine. It has only had a few yellow trumpet shaped blooms and has been in this spot a long time. It gets dappled mid day sun for several hours so I'm guessing it needs more sun. I have a Star Jasmine about 10 feet away from this one that does great, with white, star blooms all over.

I'm wondering when can I transplant it? Should I cut it back?

I have heavy clay soil that I'll amend and was going to pick out a morning sun location that gets about 4-5 hours of sun.
