Need help with main pool drain replacement cover

Our pool is 13 years old now and we still love it. One of the main drain covers broke and I can't find a replacement. The pool has 2 drains. The current cover is a 3-screw installation and everything I'm finding is a 4-screw install. Any suggestions. The ones we have are no longer being made.

The cover itself is 7 3/4 inches in diameter. Screw holes are a little less that 5 1/2 inches apart from each other.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
