Bathroom paint colors

Hi, I am planning on doing a small upgrade to my bathroom with a new vanity, countertop and flooring. The shower is old but the white tile is in good condition so we are leaving that as is. I have a light gray hexagon tile picked for the flooring. My problem that my trim & doors throughout the house are swiss coffee by Dunn Edwards and cannot be changed as we just had the house and trim painted last year.

What I want is a really crisp white on the walls. Is there a white that I could use to get that crisp white without clashing with the creamy swiss coffee? I originally wanted the vanity to be white with a colorful backsplash, but it would probably have to be swiss coffee to match door and trim so I was thinking going navy in the vanity.

I was thinking this originally, white vanity/white walls with a backsplash like this:

or a vanity with blue and all else white like this:

Can I get the crisp white?
