Meyer lemon tree help!

My tree recently has started turning colors and dropping leaves. Is it over or under watered? The leaves have always been a little curled but it was still blossoming and fruit is growing. Help!

    In order to give you good feedback, we need more information. For example, what mix are you using? How much/often are you watering? Have you moved it or changed watering habits recently? In general, I have caused far more damage from overwatering than from underwatering. Unless you are really neglecting your tree, I would not assume your leaf drop is from underwatering.
