The top pic is common bermuda. The second and third ones might be common or hybrid. I don't see the common bermuda seed head. Last pic is nutgrass or nutsedge. There is a chance the last one is green kyllinga, another sedge. Nutsedge loves wet feet and usually is a bigger problem for people who water too much. Nutsedge will go dormant when the soil dries out. Green kyllinga will grow in very dry soil that has not been watered in months. You would have to let them go to seed to determine which plant it is.
