This photo is very small so it is hard to tell if they are shrubs, perennials or annuals. Base on the shape and flower color I would guess Little Princess Spiraea or some combination of dwarf Spiraea japonica. If you have a close up I tell you for certain. Here is a photo of Little Princess.

Much too small to be a shrub. Even dwarf spiraeas will exceed 2-3' in height and spread. And the photo (which looks unreal or photoshopped) is too indistinct and from too far a distance to determine what the plant may be.

Something that will provide a similar appearance is Helianthemum nummularia 'Cheviot'. Stays low and small.

A rendering like that might not even be showing what are supposed to be actual real plant varieties. Especially since they all have exactly the same structure, except for their relative sizes. Otherwise your description including the word "peach" makes me think you are asking about the small, more yellowish ones shown mostly near the path. Rather than the bigger, non peachy ones that as we can all see using the photo posted subsequently do resemble the spirea.

You can make osteospermum do that (in my climate). There are compact varieties and there are peach varieties. Not sure if there are peach compact ones. Same with mums, but they don't stick around all year (in my climate...).

You're right. I didn't focus on the fakeness. I should have just asked if anyone knew of a small flowering "shrub"-like plant with that color of blooms. I think Helianthemum nummularia is a great suggestion. Thank you.

Helianthemum is also a good guess. And it comes in lots of colors.

Helianthemums are more spreading and less dome shaped. Not what you’d call a shrub.

the other thing that looks fake about it ... is that they are all in bloom at the same time ...

even within the same family of plants.. its doesnt often happen that way .. as presented in the picture ...

and the further potential problem.. with booming all at once... is that once bloom is over .. then nothing is blooming ... and rather boring until some minor rebloom ... or for the rest of the year ...

so... in that case.. having a wider variety of plants.. with varying bloom times ... give you more of an all summer long show ...

inspiration can come from many places.. but keep that tongue firmly planted in your cheek as you look at such things ... and pick and choose the parts you like ... and create your own garden .. replicating someone elses isnt much fun ... also keep in mind.. when you see something like this.. you have to wonder if the guy who drew it up.. is even in your zone or clime ...
