I’m in the same boat, ready to order soon and from what I heard there are significant delays.

Anecdotally it’s still a mess but getting better. I’ve had good luck with a couple recent orders. Last month I wanted to add drawers to my pantry and everything was in stock except for some fronts which they UPSd to me two weeks later. I would order before you need them and plan for delays.

If you create your online order, it will let you know which items are not in stock for delivery, and it may give you an estimate on when those items are expected to arrive. If not, you can call their number and they'll tell you what their latest information is regarding availability. We were a bit shocked when we visited in the fall, and practically our entire order was available for delivery (after we had been hearing nothing much was available, and even online, it seemed to indicate things were not in stock at the store we visited to do our order - but they were available for delivery). The small handful of items we had to wait for were in stock quickly, other than the tall pantries (30wx24dx90h).

I haven't ordered, but perhaps a month ago an IKEA associate in Florida told me that the tall pantries are really what is in short supply. Just heard from someone in Texas who has been able to do their install all except the pantries.
