Beautiful! My Chinese snowball had spread out into the yard and I trimmed it way back. It is not gonna be pretty this year, I am far from expert at trimming shrubs.

Like Nancy, I trimmed my Snowball Bush back a lot. But your huge one is amazing!

The second snowball bush is one I trimmed waaay back two years ago because it is beside our driveway. It obviously liked the pruning very well because this year we are dodging limbs and blooms coming in to park!! You can tell how tall the first one is by comparing it to the porch roof beside it! They are both approximately 20 feet tall.

I chopped down my snowball bush 2 years ago . It was gorgeous and then these little tiny worms

( and I do mean tiny maybe 1/4 of an inch long ) devoured it , stripped it bare. I was pretty sure it was dead and gone so hacked it to the ground . It has come back and is about 2 and 1/2 feet tall this year . Hoping I never see those little worms again and also hoping for some blooms this year .

I have never seen any pests on mine, although the leaves had brown spots one year. I took a lost of offshoots of mine last fall and planted them along the side of my lot. Hopefully will help block the road for the subdivision beside me. They are all growing, but some so small I am going to have to remember when I mow.

Beautiful flowers and I love the Chinese snowball-viburnum pics. I've been browsing shrubs/bushes to put on my "wish list" for our new place and I'm like a kid in a candy store. I have to remind myself that if I buy, I have to plant it.
