Info on beautiful white tile pattern please!

Are the white tiles sold as mesh mounted hexagonal patterns, or is each tile in this pattern individually laid out and mounted to create this pattern? Can the tiles be purchased in this trapezoid shape, or were they individually cut? What is the brand and pattern name of the white tile used? This work is stunning!

Yes I would love to know also where this trapezoid tile came from? I found a similar one from Emser Tile in a 4"x9". I'm planning on this look for my shower walls.
