I think you've covered everything. At first I didn't like seeing the toilet when walking in, but that shower sure is enticing. Or would it be cold and drafty being nearly 8' long? The nook toilet I would only like with the glass wall you show or just a pony-wall. As an option, not sure if it's an improvement, but bringing the toilet out with a false chase to reduce the nook depth and give placement for the bench and niche?

Oh wow. This is quite clever and I *think* it's an improvement? Although i was hoping to hang robes on wall as shown here....and i think your suggestion messes up with that concept?

Aren't robes just hooks? Also if it's only hanging for shower time they can go behind the door as the door will be shut when the hook is needed. If you go with the chase, there would be about 36" of wall for a towel bar and hook.

I was thinking full height chase wall. You mean a cabinet in the wall or just a half-height chase? The cabinet is something I didn't think of.
