Cloudy mark on new Quartz countertop

Our newly installed MSI cashmere carrara quartz countertop has this cloudy mark on it ..installer tried removing it with lacquer thinner upon initial install but is still there..a little backstory is that we had a previous one installed by the builder which had similar issues and this is the replaced one which still has it as well...it had been a hassle to go through the builder and would like to know if there is anything that we can do to fix it before we reach back to the builder ....any advice or help much appreciated

Abrasion marks can only be rarely polished out. And only by an experienced expert. This should have been viewable on the slab that was shipped in. It’s inexcusable that it went through fabrication before it was discovered.

You are 100% sure you aren't getting some weird reflection from something in the room?

Does the surface feel any different?

Contaminated transport/loading, I'll bet. It jiggled and rubbed all the way to your house and now it shows. Quartz Renew or replacement.

If this is a new house get your builder to solve this issue because if you start playing with this and make it worst you will own it.
