Nothing much you can do unfortunately. If the infos broke off the branch, they are finished. If they were more developed you could at least stick them in a vase/water and perhaps they'd open for you. Even if the infos had stayed on the broken branches, you'd generally want to remove them anyway before trying to root the cutting. Sorry about that but hopefully you can at least salvage the branches!

Thank you irun5k. Yes, I snipped off the inflows and the 2 branches will give me 2 more plants, but wasn't sure if I could save the inflows. It would have been the first year blooming for this one, darn it.

Been about a month and I have new growth. Since it had inflows, will these just leaf or possibly make branches? I am wondering because of where the growth is coming (not from the top where the inflows were.) The "Mother' has nubs now too, so hoping those become branches.

Each of those clusters of leaves should become a new branch :)

Woo Hoo irun5k! The branches that broke off that you see in the picture went in the ground around the other day, the ones that got whacked off! The mother survived & has 3 buds coming out now. The kids had enough root I thought instead of waiting until fall. Going to make a succulent area around them in the island in my yard project. I will post a picture hopefully soon.
