My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Benjamin Britten - Tallahassee FL - Zone 8B

I didn't like it in the first year. The bloom was small, had low petal count, and no fragrance. But now it is the opposite of that. The blooms are much fuller and they have a strong pleasantly sweet fragrance. It's also pretty healthy. It's on the pegging list.

    That hot pink/vermillion colour is so odd. The one bloom I've smelt at a nursery reminded me of pears and so I had to have him.

    Benjamin is coming this year from DAR-USA and your photos and videos are so inspring.
