Hello!

My palm frond is slowly but surely dying off palm by palm. They are turning yellow with crispy brown tips on each leaf, and then the whole branch turns hard and shriveled and eventually I have to cut it off. I thought that yellow leaf meant over-watered but brown crispy drying meant under-watered??

Please help, it was once big and beautiful but it is struggling.

It is also an office plant so mostly indoors but by a window (that has a tint on it) so gets a little bit of sun each day... Thank you for any help!!
