Pretty flowers and strong fragrance. It's just missing the health. Its health is still a lot better than the Lady Emma Hamilton rose though.

Hoang Ton: I love your you-tube, it's like seeing them in real-life !! Thank you for the info. you provide. I hang out in Facebook group "Fragrant gardens", the founder of that group is Khalid who used to post with me in Organic rose forum. His Mary rose is grafted and it's the most compact & beautiful bush among Austins. I see Thai basil growing next to your Mary rose. I love that herb, I use that in my VN cooking. Also Lady Emma Hamilton likes it alkaline, it does well for a dry & alkaline Arizona rose grower.

What a special color of pink

It is so pretty, hopefully it will get more vigorous as it ages a bit.

Kristine, i planted her in a less than full sun location so she might not be vigorous.

straw, thanks for the info on Lady Emma, i might need to adjust the soil to see if she performs any better, good catch on the thai basil lol

I just planted my first Austin Rose which is an own root Mary Rose. The buds are showing color. I can hardly wait to see how this turns out!
