Those are pretty ones! I have an inflow on one of mine I grew from seed. Also had my son break two branches with inflows off a couple weeks ago, but got them calloused and potted tonight. I have many grown mostly from cuttings and hoping for many blooms this year.

Oh interesting, we have been pretty warm down in SD county. Overnight lows are much warmer than usual and that makes mine go bananas.

My old Celadine is still in claws-with bloomstalks also. My unnamed plants from Florida that are supposed to be red are leafing out. Faster growers. Celadine might be hardiest, but I can see it's not the fastest grower and maybe some marginal areas might research into what Plumeria are fastest growers in marginally warm climates. I would read it...

Yes, I’ve noticed some reds grow very fast but are more fussy in cold temps. Celedine seems hardier to me also and is a moderately slow grower. it usually breaks dormancy later.

Great to see some blooms. i think Princess Victoria was first to bloom for me this spring. i dont hear much good from many others in my area due to all the freeze damage.

In my experience as a plant matures it slows down. Plus conditions such as containers vs inground, winters, etc. all makes a difference. if in containers, uppotting young plants becomes an important task to maximize growth potential.

Not sure if it is a JJ. It is a cool 6 petal bloom no matter what....Ask your tree source for type, if you can.

@phalanx_viridisLovely, blooms! Can you share more information - when did you plant these, location of the plants in terms of sun coverage, etc? I am a new homeowner, and looking for more information on how I can plant these in our garden. I'm afraid that they won't survive the upcoming winter season in the bay area. :(
