We're moving into a home with a 15 year-old, 48" Thermador built in refrigerator. it will be just my husband and I living there as retirees. We are refinishing the cabinetry and are thinking now would be the time to upgrade appliances. Our previous home had a 36" Subzero over/under model, which we loved. I am considering replacing with a Subzero and having a pull out, full-height spice cabinet installed beside it, using the extra space that will be available. The refrigerator sits adjacent to the cooktop. Thoughts?
