Stains on pram possibly emulsion

Hi I'm new to this site and I'm desperately trying to help my daughter in law with a stain on the pram.she thinks it's emulsion paint that's dried in but so far I've tried all sorts.surgical spirits, rubbing alcohol, baking soda and vinegar,sugar soap,washing up liquid,nail varnish remover,olive oil I'm at a lost any help you can give me would be appreciated

I live in California, a pram is a small boat (watercraft). Is this a baby carriage?

It's leather according to daughter in law or leatherette and no not yet was hoping we could get it
