My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Crown Moulding

The crown moulding is spectacular I have never seen it so tall. Specifics/details, please!

    Thank you; it's a beautiful home!

    Here are the details:

    Ceiling apron is a TEC 741 profile (this is a local supplier) out of 1x4.

    The crown is a Klumb 505 cove crown from 1x7.

    The wall apron is a TEC 1584 profile out of 1x6.
