I have read your post several times over the last several days and am not sure what the problem you have is. As I understand you want to place round pavers in the area. If that is the case, they could be laid so the diameters are parallel or they could be nestled with the centers of the round pavers forming a 6 sided figure. The spacing between the pavers could be adjusted also if the side walks are not parallel to each other or the building is not parallel to the "Parking?" lot. You may wish to add gravel or sand between the stones. You may hear some one say add landscape cloth under the stones. That only works for a couple of years, and then the weeds will come.

To get further answers you may wish to restate your problem.

Why do you need pavers in that space? I'd amend the soil and add some plants.

Although I would prefer the area be planted, I wonder why you don’t just have concrete poured? If your goal is to have an extended seating area to be shared, that would make the most sense. If you want attractive, interesting shrubs.

Since it is a rectangular area why don’t you pay down some pavers in an interesting pattern??

We don't have a herringbone pattern but here is the end of our paver walkway with both sides curved somewhat similar to your space.
