Under watered or root rot?

Ive had this fiddle leaf fig for a little less than a year. It was doing really well. I’ve repotted into a slightly larger pot (Smaller drainage holes than the previous) and think I’ve been keeping up with the same watering routine. Waiting for soil to dry out and giving about 1-1 1/2 cups water/watering.
leaves are starting to dry out and curl on the ends. Underwatered? Root rot? Something else?
