Lathyrus aureus???

The concept of having areas in the garden which you don’t often visit makes me smile ruefully. I can see my entire ‘property‘ if I stand at the kitchen window. The furthest point is about 10 metres away🙁

You are so right 'floral'. It is definitely a Lathyrus. You have jogged my memory.

I bet you are overestimating my garden. I dont often visit this section as it is down the side of the house which goes no where....it is probably a section of about 15' by 3' (at most).

I feel better now😉 I was envisaging acres.
