This plant sprang up all over in the veggie garden I’m trying to extend out, and I don’t know if it’s worth keeping any of the plants.

i started weeding it outit, but paused when i saw the pink roots. The people who lived here before also had a veggie garden so sometimes we’ve had interesting veggies pop up.

Probably a weed, but any ideas on what it is?
