Flying Saucers ARE real!

Only 7-8" high. It is a wild fertilization which makes it special to me. It stays cupped upwards with nice thick leaves. I'll divide it in the Fall and find a place to start a nice looking low border (IMHO) - Jon

That is a beautiful gift from nature. How big are the leaves? Who do you think the parent(s) were? If it was in my hosta bed it would now be full of pecan tree worms (catkins). I have to go knock them out after they fall. This is going to be a prolific pecan year but not an acorn year--the oaks had hardly any catkins this year.

frankielynnsie- the biggest leaf is 5" x 3 3/4". It probably has little to go.

I think I remember (somewhere in the dim recesses of my mind) you posting this previously. I liked it so much, when I saw UFO for sale, I immediately jumped on it. After looking at UFO, I couldn't understand why it was on my radar. Now I know. Thanks for posting. (Or do you also have a nice UFO)?

Steve, I only have my Flying Saucers. UFO, that sounds interesting, I'll have to find a picture. Hmm, maybe a UFO next to my Flying Saucer.. Is there a Star Trek?
