Yes, people think I'm smart, just because I quote Ken so often.

It is nice to see some of the names I recall and see how their gardens grow. Not much has changed in my yard over the last few years. I ran out of room and energy and have not been tempted to buy any more hosta or dig up any more lawns. Just like coming back to a homecoming site. Fun to see the newcomers and their excitement on getting new plants and finding room for just one more

djacobz568sewi Not sure when you joined but I recall your postings from a while back . I think I joined maybe in 2012/ 2013 under almosthooked. Tj You have been around for a while too. Myrle checks in from time to time and she is still my fountain of information . She knows where my hostas are planted and right down to when I got them and where .

My use of the garden topics on this site began last year when Covid restrictions impacted the garden fairs in my area. I so enjoy reading posts by Ken, Steve, tj, Christopher NC, Debra, Embothrium. I‘ve learned so much from their shared knowledge and laughed often at their humor.

Love your post Faye and agree totally! I never post (especially photos) because I can't remember which hosta is which except for a few of mine, so I feel a bit stupid. However, I am here every day reading and enjoying everyone's posts. I think it was Ken who really got me hooked-humor and wisdom all in one! ETA: And his adorable little garden gnome who is probably taller than dad by now!

cyn427 (z. 7, N. VA) I relate on having forgot many of the hosta names and have lost the tags and the pages I made show where they were and ,moving some to wonder where they were moved to. I quit worrying about it at this stage as most that see it have no clue either or they wouldn't be asking. I leave that to the real pro . I just enjoy seeing them and enjoy everyone's pictures and postings of their yards instead. Keep posting pictures either way and enjoy

-Babka.. I will pass it on to her. She gives such great information. I will have to see if I can find some pictures of her sister's new place in Idaho. They moved from around Seattle to an acreage bordering crown land and moves a whole pick up and trailer full of some of her hosta. The place they bought was like an almost blank canvas and they are both like kids in a candy store. Judy is as knowledgeable in hosta as Myrle is too. With the border closing no one has travelled to see it yet
