This is actually my first post in here, and this looks like a very nice community of plant lovers.

I'm a bit worried about my Variegated Monstera, 2 weeks ago it started to have some small brown spots, initially I thought it would just be the leaves getting a bit burned (which is normal for this plant), but now this brown spots are quickly growing and forming some patterns that resembles some kind of disease. It's also growing quickly in the stem. I attached some pictures to this post. Any ideas on what is it and how to fix it?
