It's not the size, it's the slim lines that's making it look small. I like it. YOu'll be putting chairs around it which will fill space. I think you need at least 30 inches from the table to the the wall to allow for proper spacing, hopefully a pro will comment.

When you put the chairs around it and a rug under it, it will look good. But, can't be sure unless we see the rest of the space.

It’s fine. I commend you for measuring!!! You need a minimum of 24” from edge of table
To accommodate chair push back. 3’ is ideal but a luxury usually. Your rug though definitely needs to accommodate chair push back or chair legs will catch on edge of rug. At least 8 x 10 rug.

Once you add a buffet, artwork, a rug, and the rest of the seating it should work perfectly fine.

Btw, I don't mind the chairs at all, which seem to fit the style. If flooring has a amber-gold tinge, all the better.
