How about paint the secondary the field (siding) color? Or the primary a complementary color? Or switching out the primary door slab for a window'ed one? Or moving the rail between the two, then make the secondary have the approach sidewalk be flagstone? Or just removing the secondary door? Or a small eyebrow roof over the primary with the rail opening centered on that door?

Is there a prize if we guess which one should be primary?

Adjust your porch entrance to be directly across from the primary door.
