Thursday's blooms between rain showers.

We are finally getting some much needed rain and the blooms are showing their appreciation.

SILOAM APPLE BLOSSOM: I love this little one. It is pinker than in years past.

CARIBBEAN WHIPPED CREAM: I just love this bloom and plant.

LEMON FRINGED PASTEL: A model of consistency. If it wasn't raining I would have put its pollen on somthing.

OUR FRIEND OLIN: I love this flat and ruffled bloom. I love how the ruffles go all the way into the throat. I hope to use some of its pollen on some of the Bennetts I grow. It was my most photographed plant a couple years ago.

Continued:

SUGAR CREAM PIE: This one is loaded with buds and scapes. Ed Burton from a different daylily forum stated that it was a good plant. No arguements from me.

GRACE AND GRANDEUR: This is a well branched plant. Also a very consistent perfomer.

RUBY SPIDER: Blooming earlier than I remember.

Gee David. You outdid yourself. I like every one of them. I can't hardly pick a favorite, but I especially like Our Friend Olin and Siloam Apple Blossom with its pink tones.......Maryl
