My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your questions. This is a main floor Master Plan with 2075 sq. ft. on the Main Level, The Lower Level has an additional 1,600 sq. ft. finished with (2) additional bedrooms, Bath, Snack Bar, Game room and TV entertainment area. The upper level over the garage is another 600 sq. ft. finished flex area
